Position Summary:

NETCAST BPO Services is seeking highly motivated, dependable, and professional Call Center Specialist to service our client accounts in a friendly and exceptional manner. The position entails leading interactions with customers and creating positive outcomes. Successful candidates must be highly motivated, have strong telephone communication skills, be able to multi-task with a keen eye to detail and accuracy.

Essential Job Duties:

· Handle a high volume of calls

· Always maintain a positive attitude and contribute to exceptional customer experiences.

· Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times with customers/clients.

Minimum Requirements:

· Able to speak and write proficiently in English

· Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.

· Basic computer knowledge/technical skills

· Availability for Nights, Weekends, and Holiday shifts.

· Excellent Telephone Etiquette

· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

· Attention to detail and quality oriented

Preferred Requirements:

· Sales and or customer service experience.


· College degree or equivalent work experience
